Molly Boyd is a product design leader and manager, passionate about shaping systems that enable exceptional products. She is currently leading the Core Experience team at Hinge where she’s shaping how daters around the world find love.

Previously at frog, Doberman, Starship, and fiftythree. She holds a Bachelor of Design in Visual Communication Design from the University of Washington. Molly enjoys balcony gardening, last-minute road trips, and endurance running.
